Spinach and Artichoke Dip


 







Ingredients

Spinach                                           3 cups fresh or 1 package frozen
Artichoke Hearts                                       1 can or jar (around 1 cup)
Natural Greek Yogurt                                  4 yogurt packs or 2 cups
Cream Cheese                           1/2 a package or as much as desired
Hard Cheese                    Gouda, Cheddar or other desired cheese, 
                                               1/2 cup or as much as desired
Parmesan                                                                1/2 cup shredded
Seasoning              salt, pepper, garlic salt (or fresh)1/2 tablespoon.





Directions

1.  Prepare all of the ingredients and pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celcius or 300 degree fahrenheit.  
2. Chop the spinach if it is fresh and place in a large bowl.  Defrost the spinach if it is frozen.  Mix the greek yogurt with the spinach.  Drain the artichokes and chop them.  Add them to the mixture.  Add all of the other ingredients into the mixture except the Parmesan.  
3.  Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish and spread evenly.  Sprinkle the parmesan on top evenly.  
4.  Bake in the oven for around 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
5.  Let it cool for around 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
